General Provisions
These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between the 9bd platform and its members. By accessing the 9bd website, creating an account, or using any service, each member is considered to have fully accepted these terms.
If any member disagrees with any part of the terms stated here, they should refrain from using the platform. 9bd reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time as needed. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
1.1 Scope of Application
These terms apply to all services on 9bd — casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual games, and any promotional offers. Where separate terms apply to a specific service, those specific terms will take precedence.
Membership and Account Registration
Only those who are legally capable and at least 21 years of age may open an account at 9bd. Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 9bd reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or misleading information at any time.
2.1 Multiple Accounts
Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity will be considered a policy violation. In such cases, all accounts may be closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
9bd may at any time request a copy of a government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport to verify a member's identity. Documents to confirm age may also be requested. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
Please note: The name, mobile number, and payment account provided at registration must all belong to the same person. Deposits or withdrawals from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.
Account Security
Every member is required to keep their account login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the 9bd support team must be notified immediately.
3.1 Password Policy
Passwords must be at least eight characters long and must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Members are advised not to use easily guessable passwords. Changing passwords regularly is recommended for security.
3.2 Liability
The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. 9bd will not be held liable for any loss caused by third-party misuse, unless it is clearly proven that the incident occurred due to a security flaw in the platform itself.
Financial Transactions
Deposits and withdrawals on the 9bd platform can be made through approved mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal processing time: usually 10–45 minutes
4.2 Withdrawal Process
Before approving a withdrawal request, 9bd will confirm that the member's account is verified and all bonus wagering requirements have been met. For bank transfers, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks are accepted.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or there is concern about money laundering, 9bd reserves the right to hold the transaction and conduct the necessary investigation. In such cases, additional information may be requested from the member concerned.
Important: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same name and the same mobile banking account provided at the time of registration.
Bonuses and Promotions
9bd offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After receiving the bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed before it can be withdrawn.
5.1 Bonus Example
For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- To claim a bonus, the specified conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit.
- Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- 9bd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- 9bd's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.
Note: A bonus is never direct cash. Completing the specified wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on 9bd is governed by these rules. The specific rules of each game or betting market also apply, and are detailed on the game or market page.
6.1 Sports Betting
Bets are accepted on cricket, football, and other sporting events. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final. Odds may change during live betting after a match starts. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9bd reserves the right to cancel that bet.
6.2 Casino Games
The outcome of all casino games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a technical error is detected in a game result, 9bd may cancel the relevant round and the stake will be returned.
6.3 Bet Limits
Each game and market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown on the game page. 9bd may adjust bet limits for any member as needed.
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 9bd platform. If any of these occur, the account may be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Creating or managing multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.
- Arbitrage betting or exploiting the bonus system by any means.
- Making deposits through chargebacks or fraudulent payments.
- Attempting to breach the platform's cybersecurity.
Warning: If any fraudulent activity is detected, 9bd will permanently close the account and all funds will be forfeited.
Account Suspension and Closure
In the following circumstances, 9bd may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Registering an account with false information.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- A voluntary request by the member.
8.1 Closure at Member's Request
A member who wishes to close their own account may inform the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. All pending transactions must be settled before the request is processed.
Responsible Gaming
9bd believes that gaming is entertainment, not addiction. For this reason, the platform provides several responsible gaming tools that members can use to manage their gaming habits. Reading 9bd's Responsible Gaming Policy will give you detailed information on this.
9.1 Setting Self-Limits
Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, bet limits, and loss limits. Once activated, these limits take effect immediately.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that gaming is having a negative impact on them, they may choose self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time, access to the account will be blocked. If help is needed, please contact the support team.
9.3 Protection of Minors
Use of 9bd by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are advised to keep parental controls active on their devices.
Personal Data Protection
9bd treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. All information provided is kept secure through SSL encryption. 9bd's Privacy Policy provides detailed information on this matter and is considered part of these terms.
10.1 Data Collection and Use
Information collected during registration and transactions is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Data is not sold to third parties.
10.2 Cookie Policy
9bd uses cookies to improve the user experience on the website. Continued use of the site will be considered consent to the cookie policy.
Dispute Resolution
If a member has any dispute or complaint, they should first attempt to resolve it through 9bd's 24/7 live chat or email support. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. For answers to common questions, visit the FAQ page.
11.1 Dispute Submission Process
In case of any dispute, the full details, evidence, and transaction information must be submitted to the support team. 9bd will review the dispute and provide a resolution. In this process, 9bd's decision is final.
11.2 Time Limit
Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the incident. Complaints submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

Changes to Terms and Validity
9bd reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or posted on the platform.
12.1 Effective Date of Changes
The updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication. If a member continues to use the platform after publication, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
12.2 Severability Clause
If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable special terms together constitute the entire agreement between 9bd and the member. No oral or unwritten promise is valid outside of this agreement.
